DSD2022 Recap

I had fun all weekend long (and even into this week) taking part in  Digital Scrapbooking Day (DSD) challenges and games around the web.

There were a few scrapping challenges at The Sweet Shoppe but with a very tight deadline (had to be done by Monday) so I ended up giving them a miss and only played some of the game.... just not enough hours in the weekend what with loadshedding too!

At The Lilypad I played along with quite a few of their games and also managed to do these scrapping challenges before Tuesday's deadline

And finally there were the challenges at Gingerscraps too which all had to be done by Thursday. I managed to complete a few of these (not all but most!):

Rather a successful week of DSD scrapping.... not to mention a few CT layouts thrown in inbetween too. It's been busy!

BuzzBee Scraps - Guest CT

At the beginning of September I applied to be a guest on the BuzzBee Scraps team. Karen Busby runs a little Esty shop where she sells her templates. They are clean and simple templates and just my kind of scrapping.

You can also check out all the templates at BuzzBee Scraps. Don't forget to sign up for the newsletter too as there are often freebies given out to newsletter subscribers only.

Today there are actually two freebies available ... one for DSD (see next post for my layout) and one for the indie Bloghop   Visit buzzbeescraps.uk to get these freebies

For this layout I actually used a previous iNSD bloghop template and made a layout for the GDSO2.0 week 5 signature challenge.

I will be on the team for October and November so look out for more great templates to come.

Gina Miller - Bordeaux & Girls Night Out

As part of Digital Scrapbook Day The Lilypad has a Special Saturday sale. Gina has some new kits on offer. You can get Bordeaux papers, Girls Night Out elements and tiny notecards.

I used MissFish Masked Memories bundle template for this layout

Check out the sale today only at The Lilypad.

Designed by Soco - Lucy and Leo

Soco has teamed up with  Becca Bonneville and Sara Gleason to bring you a lovely collab kit for DSD. It's called Lucy and Leo and you can get pocket cards too.

I used MissFish Masked Memories bundle template for this layout

You can get this collab on sale at The Lilypad

Rachel Etrog - Witchy Vibes

Eeeck.... I don't do Halloween of any sort so I was very wary of using Rachel's new kit Witchy Vibes as part of this weekend's DSD sale at The Digital Press. But I always feel obliged to do my CT assignments so made it work.

I used MissFish Masked Memories bundle template for this layout

You can pick this kit up as a grab bag in the DSD sale this weekend at The Digital Press.

MissFish - Masked Memories Bundle

MissFish has a great bundle available today just in time for DSD weekend. It's called Masked Memories.

I have used the other three sets for other layouts this weekend:

Gina Miller - Bordeaux & Girls Night Out (coming on Saturday)

Check out the sale all weekend long at Gingerscraps.
