I took it very easy this month and didn't do lots of challenges. It's been a crazy month in anycase with being sick for 2.5 weeks, then playing chauffeur for my aunt plus our scheduled holiday being cancelled due to our car accident on the way there. I just decided that I need to scale back on the challenges and this month that definitely happened.

Gina Miller - SOSN 29 June

Gina is still embracing summer in her kit selection this month... a good thing to see seeing as we are in the middle of winter... brrr. I can at least feel warm while scrapping. So on offer today is the Summer Checklist kit, tiny notecards and Whimsical Summer template

This unfortunately is my last layout as a Guest CT on Ginger's team... It's been a lovely two months creating with her kits. I am sure there will be lots more layouts from me using her kits as they are adorable.

ngd - Zzzz

We've had a week of  stage 2 and 4 loadshedding and it's playing havoc with my scrapping time. My laptop battery doesn't last longer than an hour and even less if I am creating, so I haven't been doing much when the power is out. But today I decided to get stuck in and created this layout for Nini's newest kit.

Nini is not sleeping on the job with this kit at all... it's cute and filled with all things slumber.. it's called Zzzz and there are pocket cards too. I used lots of the pattern papers.

This is another layout using the MissFish WhiteSpaced bundle

I've been following Miss Fish Templates since I signed up at Gingerscraps and every now and then she gives away free templates... great way to build up stash. After a while she will put some of these together in a kit and sell them. Today is one of those days... introducing Former Freebies 8

Juli also has a new updated bundle called White Spaced 1 & 2. One half of this bundle has been brought out of retirement and the other half is new... these are really very versatile White Space templates to have. So to create my layout I used Miss Fish's new template bundle called Summer Fun

and combined that with Gina Miller's Mash Up 11 elements and  Shoreline  papers which are available at The Lilypad today

It's so great being able to combine two different creative team assignments on one layout.... makes scrapping easy.
