Sweet Shoppe - Summer Scrap-A-Thon - Jul25

It's time for the annual Summer Scrap-A-Thon at The Sweet Shoppe... 

There has been four weeks of challenges... 5 challenges each week... the goal is to do them all each week! Here's what I've managed to do in July:

Week 1

Panama - Scrap along both edges of your layout leaving a "canal" through the center

Singapore - Scrap a page that combines papers & elements from 4 different kits

Rio De Janeiro - In the spirit of Carnival, scrap bright colors, festive patterns and lots of movement!

London - Fill your page with clocks, watches and all things time

Barcelona - Scrap something meaningful that's come together slowly

Week 2

Hawaii - Scrap a page with 7 distinct clusters representing the Hawaiian Islands

Rome - Scrap a page based on something historical or a person from your family history

Switzerland - Scrap the great outdoors with the focus on a beautiful view

Paris - Scrap something from the heart in the spirit of love

Arches National Park - Build your next layout in the shape of an arch

Week 3

Chicago - Create a "skyscraper" of papers, photos and elements stacked in a column that towers over the rest of your page

Australia - Scrap in small clusters around the edges of your page leaving the center wide open and full of white space

Morocco - Scrap with shapes like stars, diamonds and hexagons "tiled" together in the background of your page

Roswell - Scrap something out of this world with stars, moons, planets and galaxy glow!  

Florence - Use proportions of the Golden Ratio to inspire your next layout

Week 4

Niagara Falls - Create a "waterfall" of elements & photos that cascades down your page.

Easter Island - Use one VERY large element (HUGE title, HUGE photo, HUGE element, etc) in your page. Seriously... go big!  

Pisa - Scrap on a slant.  

Provence - Scrap with soft purples and delicate florals.  

World - Scrap your travel bucket list!

What a fun month of scrapping this has been. Looking forward to next month as the Scrap-A-Thon continues.
